The Legal function at Replicon offers the opportunity of working on challenging assignments which hold the potential for enormous learning and growth. Replicon is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual with at least 3+years of experience handling assignments relating to employment and labor laws with minimal supervision, to join its growing Legal department. The candidate will have a good academic background and excellent proficiency in written verbal communication. The Associate / Sr. Legal Associate will be responsible for understanding the scope of operations of the company and conducting in-depth research on the various employment and labor laws applicable on a global scale governing the usage of the companys products. In addition, the  he/she will also be required to assist on commercial contracts, on an end to end basis, as part of the ongoing business of the company, as and when required.

Eligibility Criteria/ Skills Required:

Law Degree from an accredited university
Experience in using internet resources for legal research and including online databases
Legal Compliance experience including exposure to international labor and employment laws will be an added advantage
Experience working in a multi-national company and dealing with labor laws around the world is a plus.
