Preparation of Sales Tax Returns updating of pending lists of Concessional Forms feeding and checking on C Form.

Attending Sales Tax hearings compilation of various information from factory for Sales Tax assessments filing of appeals preparation of MIS papers and up keeping of files/records

Liaison Coordinate and maintain the best liaison with Govt. officials Advocates, Sales Tax Department.

Attending the Court proceedings and coordinate for a reduction in no. of pending cases in courts.

Excise & Service Tax Related Matters & legal matters, contingent liability statement.

Responsible for filing of monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Statutory returns.

Responsible for timely Duty Payment, availing CENVAT, CENVAT utilisation, Service Tax Credit.

Maintain Daily Registers Like RG-1, PLA, RG-23C, RG23A, and Service Tax Register for Cenvat purpose , PLA Register and all compliances of law

Depth knowledge of Central Excise, Service Tax Act & Rules and Procedure.

Good working knowledge of SAP, Excel. Preparation of monthly Legal Compliance Report.

Understanding of General accounting operation, GST implementation it’s working.

Input service distribution of service tax Credit.

Balance Sheet & Tax audit Work related to indirect taxation.
